An eight week personal healing and spiritual coaching program designed to help you achieve your goals for transformational well-being. This is a custom plan of healing sessions and action steps designed for you, based on your specific needs and desires.
You will be guided in meditation, given healing treatments and at-home practice tools to develop and strengthen your spiritual practice, including guided meditations and personal affirmations custom designed specifically for you.
